Introduction

Online Stores: Driving the Future of Retail

In the fast-evolving world of smartphones, there’s always demand for devices that balance high performance, strong battery life, and fast charging — without the stratospheric price tag of true flagships. iQOO, a brand known for pushing performance in more affordable “upper mid-range” phones, aims to meet that demand with the iQOO Neo 10. Launched in India in May 2025, this phone brings together many modern specs: a powerful chipset, large battery, fast charging, and a high refresh display. In this article, we’ll explore what the Neo 10 delivers, what compromises are made, and whether it’s a smart buy for your needs.

New / Standout Features

Large Battery with Fast Charging

One of Neo 10’s biggest draws is its battery and charging system. The device features a ~6,100 mAh battery in many markets, which gives good longevity. Together with 120W fast charging, it can recharge very quickly, reducing one of the biggest pain points of large battery phones. Gizchina+2Gadgets 360+2

In some country-specific models (such as India), there are versions with an even more massive battery (~7,000 mAh) paired with fast charging, targeting users who really want long usage between charges.

High Refresh Rate & Bright LTPO Display

The 144 Hz refresh rate lets animations, scrolling, and gaming feel very smooth. Add to that a high brightness panel (especially peak brightness outdoors in certain variants), and it handles daily tasks and sunlight visibility well. For gamers and media users, these are very appealing.

Performance for Demanding Use

With Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (for many markets) and generous RAM/storage options, the Neo 10 is well-equipped for multitasking, gaming, and even some content creation. Its hardware allows it to run demanding games at high settings, and smooth UI experience is expected

Design & Build Elements

Neo 10 has a modern design: relatively slim bezels, premium color finishes, solid build, and multiple color variants. Variant trims like “Inferno Red”, “Titanium Chrome”, etc., give choice to users who care about aesthetics.

Trade-Offs & What Users Should Know

Every phone has compromises. Here are some areas where the Neo 10 may not be perfect.

No Wireless Charging / No Expandable Storage

In many markets, Neo 10 does not support wireless charging, and there is no microSD slot for storage expansion. If these are important to you (for convenience or storing lots of media), you’ll need to live with the fixed internal storage.

Size & Weight

The phone is relatively large and heavy. With its big battery and all the performance hardware, it tips the scales at ~199-206 grams and is almost 8 mm thick in many variants. This makes it less pocket-friendly compared to lighter phones. For some users, fatigue in hand usage may be a factor over long usage.

Variants & Regional Differences

Specifications can differ based on the country: battery capacity, front camera resolution, storage speed/type, sometimes even the SoC variant or color options. Make sure you check the version sold in your region. What works or is supported in one country may be slightly different elsewhere. Also, software updates may roll out differently.

Charging Protocols & Thermal Management

While 120W is very fast, fast charging of large batteries generates heat, so it matters how well the device manages thermal performance. Some users report that sustained high-usage (gaming or long screen-on) causes heating. Also, battery longevity can be impacted if charging habits aren’t careful. There’s also trade-offs with battery lifespan. (General caution based on market feedback.

Price & Availability

  • In India, the iQOO Neo 10 launched on 26 May 2025 with several variants.

  • The starting price was about ₹31,999 for lower RAM + storage variants. Higher versions with more RAM/storage cost more.

  • Colour options include Inferno Red, Titanium Chrome, etc. Finish and variants may differ internationally.
